Oh Harpreet, this makes me so happy. For me, personally, being able to connect with people like this is a form of currency that is hard to measure in numbers but warms my heart and soul in a very meaningful way. Thank you for sharing your appreciation and send me a pic of the printout if you do it :)
Thank you Aurora! I haven’t printed it. (Non working printer) I wonder if there is a way to snooze a substack post to revisit (not just save it) like how we can do with gmail? I love your space here! Keep inspiring the masses!
Thank you Marianna for the encouragement! What an honour to be speaking to someone who has managed to escape the pressure to make money and can conclude it was the right choice.
Jo, thank YOU for your lovely comment. It wasn't just me that decided I needed less than seven figures. It was my overriding drive to make music at any cost. Very few artists of any sort (except rock stars) make much money. The world needs to learn how valuable we are...to beauty and to the very civilization of the planet.
Thanks, Aurora. Sometimes I worry at my age “Am I going to outlive my money?” I’m already 86 and in great health….still writing mysteries and teaching voice. But…like the old saying goes…”I’ve never worked a day in my life.”
Beautiful, sweet, and meaningful list, dear @Aurora! I love it. It will be beautiful to save as a screensaver or print it out to post near my desk!

Great question, that would be a cool feature indeed. Maybe you could ask an AI chatbot to remind you to read it at random intervals?
This was a super letter. Thanks! You summed up everything I've been thinking for 70 years or more, and I am a very, very happy individual.
