This is a fantastic article!! I love your suggestions… and the terms “knowledge omnivores” (totally describes me! 😛📚) & “Swiss Army Kn*ves”! lol
Finding themes instead of titles is soooo important for fellow multi-passionates to understand — especially in work! I spent soooo long trying to figure out what to call myself (and still use the terms Brand Strategist & Infopreneur because people can understand them… kind of! lol), but I’ve also realized that NO one title is ever going to stick for me. Infopreneur is the closest I’ve gotten to something I can see myself using long-term, as it simply refers to someone who makes a living via their knowledge. 📚🤓 And I’ll most likely always do some version of that.
Oh I love infopreneur! What a cool title and I'm sure a good conversation starter as well (bye to all the anxiety-building struggles of trying to explain to people what you do) 😅But also such a great example of taking charge of your narrative instead of letting others define you! 💪🏻
I’m in the process of wonder who or what the hell I am (again) and I really love #2. I tend to want to fit myself into a box that is easily explainable, that makes sense looking back, and sounds like a solid plan looking forward. But alas, there’s no such box. The questions you posed really helped me to bring myself back to the here and now and go from there :)
Indeed. I'm so glad if this was helpful for you 🙏🏼 It's so important to not get too focused on the story of "how is this going to look in regard to my past and future". Who cares? We often think too much about the narratives of our lives and forget to live and do what our heart really desires. Other people might make up stories about us but we can't control them anyway so why bother. Let's just live and do and look back at the stories we created when we're old and can't live and do so much anymore :)
Yes, the biggest trap for me is that I make up stories about my only life that limit me in the way I live and the things I do. Very much done with that! Realizing I can do (almost) anything makes me excited to be 80 yo and look back on a vibrant and fulfilling life :)

Thank you! 🙏🏻 I found it through Regina Anjenou (byregina.com)
Yes yes yes, 💯 percent agree to that! Getting reminders from all corners of the universe these days to just go out and do the things!

Well said. Let’s strive for an amazing life instead of a career somebody else thinks we should have!
